Free Cross Stitch Generator
If you want to make your own cross stitch pattern from your kids artwork or your own - or from an image from a more usual source then FLOSS CROSS is the program for you. It generates a pdf with the initial image as a cross stitch, a chart (which can be multiple pages) and then a guide to the DMC threads needed. You can choose the number of stitches and number of colours as well as changing the title information on the page to ensure the right size project.
