Many many moons ago whilst living in Germany with my young family I created some colour match dominoes with an astronaut theme and also an A is for astronaut magnet page. I then loaded the pdf for free onto a sharing service. This link has now expired, and the file that I uploaded has disappeared from my subsequent laptops over the last 11 years! So with time on my hands thanks to furlough and COVID I decided to recreate the pdf to add to the growing library that the Google gods are allowing me to share for free. I do not have young children anymore (my youngest is now 13) but creating these resources always makes me remember and smile. This time I used the graphics from My Cute Graphics.Com which are free for personal use.

Not for the youngest of kids this one and preferably with a safer method of cutting paper to size! No fancy gems, gels, glues and inks - only paper, card double sided tape on a roll, scissors, paper trimmer and a printer to print out the instructions and messages for the card fronts.
My 13 year old son was set homework for Textiles (online schooling thanks to COVID) and it was to knit something. This is not something that he is interested in or has the patience to do but I hear that it is undergoing something of a revival thanks to YouTube. Most of the people who used to know how to knit from scratch are no longer with us to teach the newcomers but YouTube has filled the gap.
Given that knitting requires time and patience we opted for some French Knitting with my son.
